Responsibilities
Provide support to community leaders by implementing standardized processes related to associate
recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement and recognition to ensure a positive associate

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) to assist community leaders and associates in navigating various HR systems and services.
- Support administrative processes for position management requests.
- Support new hire onboarding process that includes collecting new hire paperwork, facilitation of orientation, provisioning and training.
- Maintain up to date associate files and tracks orientation, education and licensure compliance.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
