Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient building repairs/needs handling. We have Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certifications for two of our dealerships, and have recently added our Centennial Subaru location. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and the properties on a rotation of our 3 dealerships. Our facilities focus is to ensure quality and safety while managing a cost-effective improvement strategy. Satisfying necessary repairs, scheduling and coordinating vendors, and embracing internal customer expectations is essential. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct building inspections thoroughly and prioritize necessary maintenance or repair needs
- Complete services or repairs effectively while ensuring quality and timeliness
- Communicate appropriately with associates, managers, and general management
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Is legally able to work in the United States
- Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability
- Pre-employment drug screen and background required
- On call hours on a rotating basis

Pay: Pay rate based on experience/education/skills with range from $22 to $27 per hour
