Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Portland, OR, is a business that delivers generalized internal medicine and geriatric post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for 10 years and we practice in 20 skilled nursing facilities employing 25 Medical Providers. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding it's staff and have an exciting part-time career opportunity in La Grande, Oregon for a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
