Executive Housekeeper
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive housekeeping and be able to manage a team of housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training to existing staff
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues related to housekeeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
