As our HR Generalist, you’ll wear many hats, supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration. You will be the go-to person for our employees, answering their questions and providing friendly guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process—from job postings and interviews to offer letters—facilitating onboarding and training programs for new hires, assisting with employee relations issues and conflict resolution, maintaining employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws, supporting performance appraisal processes, and administering employee benefits while assisting with payroll processing.
A strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office are essential. Join us in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement!
