Are you a skilled Senior Substation Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a talented professional to take on the challenge of designing new power substations and upgrading existing facilities from 12kV to 500kV. You'll be responsible for utilizing accepted practices and standards to ensure that all designs meet the highest level of quality and safety. This is a supervisory role with direct reports, including engineers and designers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including project scope of work and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for complex multi-discipline-based substation Engineering projects and EPC projects
• Manage Substation project execution, including project scope, schedule, budget, and project resources, including external vendors, consultants, and contractors
• Effectively track and stabilize projects, implement solutions to obstacles, and ensure client goals are achieved
• Attend client meetings and communicate concerns and changes with the client to ensure a positive relationship and growth opportunities
• Prepare and review preliminary designs
• Prepare proposals, including budgetary estimates
• Lead the development of plans, specifications, studies, estimates, material lists, and other deliverables
• Ensure team adherence to QA / QC program
