Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:

Grow and manage existing business.
- Create and manage pipeline of prospects
- Identify prospective customers that meet defined program criteria through networking, prospecting, referrals, organization membership and conference/trade show attendance.
- Provide customer support and pull through for the Hub services and network pharmacy program
- Respond to and follow up on business development opportunities.
- Maintain customer records using internal systems.
- Prepare, review and present quarterly Business Reviews
- Collaborate with internal staff to execute onboarding of new customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as customer needs and opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Utilize data to enhance opportunities for our client and pharmacy providers
- Schedule and conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers for relationship building, ongoing management and implementation of program.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”)

Minimum Qualifications: *
*
BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
- Candidate must have exemplary customer service, meeting sales goals, and prospecting skills.
- Prior experience in Specialty Pharmacy Market required
- Understanding of payor landscape, benefit design, and payor networks
- Prior experience needed in Home Infusion with understanding of Medical billing as well as fertility and or oncology.
- Must be able to travel 50-75% of time nationwide.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and develop pipeline of prospects.
- Ability to create and present business plan.
- Ability to quickly adapt to customer objectives and priorities
- Clear communicator and active listener
- Highly motivated and able to work in a team environment.
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
- Competent in use of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
