Field Installation Supervisor

To meet customer demand and continued improvement in quality and performance, we are now looking for a Field Installation Lead. Someone who can work within and supervise a team of two to ten plus people.

Attention to detail and working to our high standards is essential, if you have difficulty with repetitive tasks and accuracy, this is not for you. You will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, with strong practical and potentially general construction experience.

Our company is in Buford, GA office so residing in the greater Atlanta area is an advantage, however the position includes extensive travel, up to at least 75% of the time, which is out of state.

You may be working as a team of two or upwards, depending on the project requirements.

Our customer’s facilities are based throughout the US, so being happy to work away for extended periods of time is expected. This means you are very likely to be away for two or more weeks at a time.

Experience with and of the following would be a signification advantage:

• Sign installations,
• Merchandising installation,
• High volume paint spray application,
• Floor striping, and
• Concrete surface preparation.

Note: Full training will be provided for the right person.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Expenses, accommodation, and travel are covered and per diem provided.

Skills Needed:

• Strong understanding of math is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Mechanically and practically inclined.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet on aerial lifts.
• Must be flexible and available to work outside of normal working hours.
• Good communicator on all levels.
• Excellent team working abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Driver’s License with a clean diving record.
• Desire to learn and develop with the company.

Physical demands of the Job:

• Standing, bending, stooping, and sitting.
• Frequent lifting of materials up to 75 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
• Prolonged driving/traveling.
