Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes.

Requirements:
Education:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California.
Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Required 1 year of Medicare-Based Home Health Leadership experience.
Other:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
