To ensure individualized care for all clients, our specialists work with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that best suits their specific wants and needs. Asheville Recovery Center is currently accepting applications for Behavioral Health Technicians.
JOB DUTIES
- Help facilitate the first initial part of the intake process and procedure for our male clients.
- Provide supervision and support to clients and the Clinical /Operations Team at the facility.
- Offer clients guidance about recovery using the 12-step model, Refuge Recovery, or other established models.
- Facilitate daily schedule of Asheville Recovery Center.
- Conduct random urinalysis drug testing twice weekly and as outlined procedurally.
- Monitor client’s presence through daily round.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Salary: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- 2nd Shift availability 3:30pm-12:00am
- 3rd Shift availability 12:00am-8:30am
