Job Title: Evening Supervisor
Reports to: Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services
Job Summary: The Evening Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the evening functions of the Nursing Department at Ashford Place Health Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department and its programs.
- Make written and oral reports to the ADHS/DHS on the operation of the nursing service department as necessary.
- Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new admissions.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Leadership and supervisory ability.
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to make independent decisions concerning job duties.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
- Unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
