Role Summary:
This position is responsible for compiling and analyzing sales data, monitoring competitive activities, forecasting sales and revenue and providing actionable insights to support the sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Compiling and Analyzing Sales Data: Gather, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Monitoring Competitive Activities and Market Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor strategies, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Forecasting Sales and Revenue: Utilize historical data and market analysis to create accurate sales forecasts that guide business planning.
Providing Actionable Insights: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver insights that drive effective strategies and enhance overall performance.
Working knowledge of raising BRDs, following with IT Vendors and assisting with UATs and further process changes
Maintaining Trackers, Dashboards
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Experience: Experience in sales analysis or a similar role; familiarity with sales processes
Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with teams.
Teamwork Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships across departments.
Experience with statistical analysis or predictive modelling.
Proficiency in Designing reports on Power BI, QLIK sense.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
