JP&A Holdings, LLC / Red River Home owns and operates 9 Retail Furniture Locations in North Texas and Southwest Arkansas. 6 ASHLEY Furniture stores, 1 ASHLEY Outlet, and 2 Four States Furniture locations. Our Sales Representatives are responsible for:

• Projecting a professional appearance and positive first impression with our guests.
• Assisting guests by providing the best overall solutions.
• Prospect, develop and grow a qualified customer base from a variety of sources.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and continuously grow sales and profitability.
• Proactively contributing to a positive customer experience from the initial sale, through the order process and follow-up after the sale.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services available.
• Possessing a winning attitude and willingness to learn and grow continuously.

Weekend availability.

Our ideal candidates can look forward to:

• Compensation package including commissions and multiple bonus opportunities.
• 4.5-day work week, with Saturday required and every other Sunday.
• Advancement opportunities.
• $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 first per year potential
