As a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

What you can expect to do as a Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) for Ashley Gardens of Mt. Vernon:

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency

• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

• Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care

• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$35.00 - $42.00 /hour

• Full Time NOC Shift (11pm-7am)
  • Monday - Thursday
• Full Time Day/Evening Shift
  • Friday & Saturday (7am-3pm), Sunday & Monday (3pm-11pm)
• Full Time Day Shift (7am - 3pm)
  • Sunday - Thursday
• Part Time/On Call
  • Various Shifts

$5,000 Sign On Bonus:

• $2,500 paid after 90 days of employment
• $2,500 paid after 180 days of employment
• Bonus eligibility - Continuous full-time employment, good standing and no unexcused absences
