Part-Time Grounds Person for Apartment Complex-
Pay Rate Range: $16.50 - $16.50 per hour
HOURS - 30 Hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 8AM-3PM
Job description:
We are hiring for a part-time groundskeeper to work a total of 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves
- Shoveling/Salting in the winter months
- Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary
- Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements
- Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after
- Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices
- Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Must have prior general grounds experience and basic mechanical aptitude
- Must be reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Valid driver's license is required
