ASI Corp is hiring for a Product Manager Assistant for our Fremont, California office. Product Manager Assistant must work with assigned manufactures and product managers to develop and track goals to increase current sales revenue, customer base and expand into new markets.

Responsibilities:
Processing Purchase Orders- Process Product Management related internal forms
- Monitor ETA for open POs and ensure accurate updates for sales team
- Review run rate and monitor inventory
- Review and release sales order hold under the guidance of Product Manager
- Assist sales team with product line inquiries
- Assist to create and maintain SKU
- Work with vendors to find out product availability and lead time
- Track VIR goals and , sales incentive promotions
- Track SPA, Bid, and meet comp requests
Requirements:
- 1-2 years purchasing/buyer experiences, preferably in distribution
- Must have clear understanding of IT hardware or server
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment
- Ability to work as a team and as well as independently
- Fast learner and resourceful
- Familiar with ecommerce and social media marketing is a plus
- Previous sales experience is recommended
