ASI Signage Innovations is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our New Orleans team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in interior design, architecture, environmental branding, or construction sales who are excited by the idea of helping shape spaces through visual communication.
You’ll collaborate with architects, designers, general contractors, and end users to design, program, and sell architectural signage solutions, ranging from ADA-compliant interior signs and environmental graphics to large-scale exterior monuments, recogntion displays, and wayfinding systems.
This is a relationship-based, consultative sales role that requires both design sensibility and project management skills. You’ll help clients interpret brand, function, and compliance needs into tailored signage packages—and then work with our in-house design, production, and install teams to bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility managers
- Lead signage programming and scope development in both new construction and renovation projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, shop drawings, and timelines
- Provide strategic, creative signage solutions that meet code, brand, and budget requirements
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and project presentations
- Represent ASI at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- Background in interior design, architecture, construction sales, or related fields
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organization
- Experience with CRM or project tracking tools is a plus
- Previous experience in signage, wayfinding, or environmental graphics is a bonus, but not required
