Senior Product Designer, Growth
About the Role
We're seeking a talented Growth Product UX/UI Designer who will drive business growth through data-informed design decisions. In this role, you'll focus on optimizing user experiences throughout the entire customer journey, working at the intersection of design, product, and growth. Your designs will directly impact key metrics including user acquisition, engagement, and retention through systematic experimentation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design process from ideation to implementation
- Design, conduct, and analyze user research to inform product decisions
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop comprehensive user journey maps and optimize touchpoints for maximum engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and growth initiatives
- Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in product design with a focus on growth metrics
- Expert proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong knowledge of Webflow development and implementation
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to analyze and interpret user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Experience with funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Ideal Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in product design
- Portfolio demonstrating successful growth-focused design projects
- Background in growth experimentation and optimization
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Understanding of user psychology and behavior patterns
