Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time)

Askew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a dynamic Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team! We are a multi-practice law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in probate, personal injury, and civil litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case management, legal research, and drafting pleadings.
• Prepare and file court documents in probate, personal injury, and civil litigation cases.
• Manage discovery, including document production and deposition preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation, hearings, and mediations.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of litigation paralegal experience in probate, personal injury, or civil litigation.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and legal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to work in-office (Lauderdale Lakes) or remotely as needed.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus!
