Position is responsible for assisting both the Concessions Operations and Catering Operations for Food and Beverage. Assists or manages food preparation and service operation for multiple concessions, portable, catering services, and offsite locations as needed. Assists with inventory control, event preparations and service, and production processes. Supervises and schedules staff, trains concessions/warehouse part time staff and Non-Profit Organizations (NPO’s).
