Catering Server

ASM GLOBAL Stockton facilities have an opening for a Catering Server. The server will provide courteous and rapid service to guests. Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness, serving alcoholic beverages appropriately, answering guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities, performing side work during non-busy hours, developing relationships with guests, providing the highest level of service according to company standards, timely delivery of food orders, maintaining professional appearance, communicating with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction, reporting to work as scheduled in uniform, maintaining professional relationships with coworkers, following checklists and standard operating procedures, maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area, having full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information, increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience at Nine Irish Brothers, maintaining sanitation, organization, and proper food handling, preparing work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing, punching clock in full uniform ready to work, and performing duties as assigned. Qualifications include a High School diploma or G.E.D., one to two years related experience and/or training, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle high stress situations, ability to read and understand English, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
