Premium Seating Catering Runner - INTRUST Bank Arena

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for Premium Seating/Catering Runner at INTRUST Bank Arena. This position ensures efficient, quality guest service while maintaining a high energy level and positive attitude. Responsibilities include taking orders to guests in a timely manner, restocking supplies in premium seating areas, pantry and other areas as assigned and as needed, checking inventory in and out and ensuring inventory counts are accurate, making sure work area is clean, ability to lift 40 lbs, following rules and regulations of Food & Beverage division, interacting with guests and team members in a pleasant and professional manner, regular attendance, ability to work at all ASM Global facilities in Wichita, and performing other related duties as assigned by Manager. Skills and abilities required include reporting to Premium Service and Catering Manager in appropriate uniform, positive customer service-oriented attitude, strong knowledge of sanitary practices, maintaining proper grooming and dress code standards, strong urgency and quality in a team environment, ability to work with other staff members, ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks, and attention to detail. Qualifications include basic working knowledge of food and beverage, ability to follow directions, must speak and understand English, attendance at all Food & Beverage Training classes and venue training as directed, high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently with little or no supervision, ability to work with co-workers, volunteers, and all levels of staff, and eligibility to work in the United States.
