What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Seller position at ASM Global?
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Ticket Seller for ASM Global - Stockton. Responsible for selling tickets/entry to the general public using Ticketmaster or registers, while also providing general information to guests. Essential duties include selling tickets/entry from the Adventist Health Arena/Bob Hope Theatre/ or Buckley Cove Ticket Offices, assisting guests at the Ticket Office Will-Call window and resolving issues, restocking Ticket Office supplies, following operational policies and procedures, assisting in reception coverage with clerical duties including answering phone calls and providing customer service, and other duties as directed by a manager. No supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications include enthusiasm, guest service orientation, computer literacy, cash handling experience, strong math aptitude, customer service experience with conflict resolution skills, attention to detail, job reliability, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Education required is High School Degree or GED. Physical demands include moving around the facility, standing for long hours during events, talking and hearing, and possible work inside or outside the building as needed. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.
