Vault Staff

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Vault Staff for ASM Global/ Adventist Health Arena. This position will distribute money banks to each location as needed, collect deposits, distributes change to each location as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include distributing money bank(s) to each location, verifying balance and totals correctly at all times; collecting deposit drops throughout the event as needed; processing and delivering accurate change requests as needed for each location; balancing each money bank(s) for all location, completing deposit ticket(s) and running reconcilement sheet(s); maintaining a clean work area at all times; meeting and greeting staff and workers in a friendly and professional manner at all times. Must be able to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends, possess excellent verbal communication skills, work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, and perform other duties as assigned. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications include being 18 years or older, able to pass a background and credit check, having a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of cash handling experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills required include fluent English communication, ability to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends & holidays, ability to work independently with good judgment and initiative, follow all oral and written instructions including policies/procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules/regulations and emergency procedures, meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds, moving, climbing, walking, standing for long periods, sufficient math ability to count and handle money accurately, and basic cash handling knowledge. Computer skills are not required. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Physical demands include moving around the facility, standing for long hours during events, talking and hearing, and working inside or outside the building as needed by events.
