What You Would Do

  • Lead and develop customer care processes for the company.
  • Ensure our customers have a remarkable experience with our company.
  • Oversee pending leads, sales and service appointment scheduling, and production installation scheduling of new and existing customers.
  • Lead the charge for onboarding new employees.
  • Lead employee feedback process.
  • Envision and execute employee training programs.
  • Monitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilled.
  • Interface with community and civic organizations to promote the company.

What We Need for this Role

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role
  • Broad knowledge of HR and recruiting processes and laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
