As a member of our medical team, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality healthcare services to individuals in the Influx Care Facilities.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Providing direct patient care and medical services according to established protocols and standards.
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients' medical conditions promptly and accurately.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patients' responses.
Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining medical records.
Educating patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
Valid and active license.
Proven experience in a medical setting, demonstrating competence in your area of specialty.
Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing patient needs and project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
Experience in emergency medicine, primary care, pediatrics, infectious diseases, or mental health.
