You will have the opportunity to use your creativity along with your horticultural skills to bring our properties to life through routine weekly and monthly maintenance, custom seasonal planting, and overall property maintenance. Job Responsibilities

-Routine weekly property care with emphasis on bed care and plant care

-Fertilizer and herbicide application

-Identification and replacement of plant material

-Repairing basic irrigation issues

-Monitoring enhancement opportunities for the property owner

-Manage, plan, coordinate, and implement our projects generated from the Property Care Division

-Must have an attention to detail as it pertains to plants, horticulturist experience is a plus.

-Create/maintain relationships with clients looking to improve their property.

-Assist with design, logistics and implementation on landscaping enhancement for the customer.

- Work with a installation crew in communicating the needs of the customer and installing
planting projects.

-Snow Removal route

-Working with customers on site

-Logging all hours on site and documenting work that was performed on site.

-Communicating with the account Manager of any property enhancement details

Jobs Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 1 years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper, horticulturist or similar occupation
• Detail orientated.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check
• First-rate customer service skills

• Property Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Horticulture-1 year
• Landscape-1 year

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
