You will have the opportunity to use your creativity along with your horticultural skills to bring our properties to life through routine weekly and monthly maintenance, custom seasonal planting, and overall property maintenance. Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the crew that will do the following duties
-Routine weekly lawn care and bed care
-Fertilizer and herbicide application
-Identification and replacement of plant material
-Repairing basic irrigation issues
-Monitoring efficiencies of the crew
-Training
-Keeping inventory of equipment
-Maintaining a clean work tailor
-Snow Removal route
-Working with customers on site
-Quality Control of job site
-Logging all hours on site and documenting work that was preformed on site.
_Communicating with the account Manager of any property enhancement details
Jobs Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 1 years of experience as a landscaper, groundskeeper or similar occupation
- Detail orientated
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
- First-rate customer service skills
Preferred:
- Proficient in English
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Flexible Schedule (Full or Part time)
- Year round employment

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour with benefits and incentives
