Employee Relations Specialist

Job Purpose: As Employee Relations Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to facilitate all issues relating to employee relations by ensuring consistency in the interpretation and application of policy and fair & equal treatment of staff.

Job Functions

  • Allegation, complaint, & incident investigation
  • Providing guidance to staff and management
  • Composing corrective actions
  • Facilitating corrective action and termination meetings while ensuring fair and consistent interpretation
  • Application of policy and treatment of staff to achieve the best outcomes
  • Unemployment Claims/Hearings
  • Rewards & Recognition Programs/Events
  • EEO1 reporting along with tracking/trending and reporting on all areas.
  • Mostly importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or HR Certification preferred with a minimum of 3 years of diverse, practical work experience in employee relations required.
