Pay
- $18.00-$25.00/hour
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics on failing or failed HVAC systems to identify issues and root causes.
- Repair broken or underperforming HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of HVAC systems to assess overall health, identify potential issues, and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain positive client relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and communicating effectively throughout the service process.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly, including service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs, while adhering to established procedures and protocols.

Minimum:
- 1 years of experience providing maintenance services at an HVAC company
- Ability to competently maintain, diagnose & repair residential HVAC systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Interest in being part of a productive team
- Acceptable driving record and valid license
- Adequate personal tools
