Aspire of WNY is seeking a Director of Day Services -Community based Sites. This role oversees community based Day Habilitation programs in Erie and Chautauqua counties.

Responsibilities include oversight of Community Based Day Services operations to support the Agency’s commitment to continuing to have a meaningful impact on those we support, those who work for us and all who work with us. Ensure that Day Services team members uphold Agency standards, OPWDD regulations and hold the highest level of customer service.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Human or Social Services plus plus three years’ experience in the field of developmental disabilities or Bachelor’s Degree in Human or Social Services with five years supervisory experience in the field of developmental disabilities
- Valid NYS drivers license
