Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Aspire Rural Health Systems. This is a full-time position in our Neurology Clinic, offering a competitive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting providers as needed.
• Utilize our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to register patients, verify insurance, and scan medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a physician's office, preferably in a medical assisting role.
• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
