**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing office operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.
**Duties:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Manage patient intake, including checking-in patients, updating medical records, and processing paperwork.
- Utilize office systems to track patient information, appointments, and billing. Knowledge with Jane App software is a plus.
- Operate phone systems, taking and returning calls and text, and answering phone inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a bilingual environment, with fluency in Spanish.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Conduct routine reviews of patient records and medical documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ASR Sports Medicine clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine clinical operations and procedures is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Pay: $17.81 - $18.70 per hour
