Position Description
The Project Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives.
Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Maintaining and monitoring project schedules
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions for jobs
- Following up on project deadlines
- Determining project changes
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Taking or processing orders for a product or service
- Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve issues
- Working closely with clients and internal teams to best meet client needs.
- Assisting with service dispatch
- Respond efficiently and aggressively to all emails and phone calls.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This position requires the following essential knowledge, skills and abilities in order to satisfactorily fulfill this role:
- Quick learner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team worker.
- Comfortable with changes, fast-paced under stress.
- Attentive to detail.
- Good at multitasking.
- Basic skills with MS Suite.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years experience in Account Management, Project Coordinator, or equivalent role in B to B setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
