Summary
This is an entry level sales position and is responsible for entering orders and data, resolving customer service issues, and working closely supporting the sales team. This is a great opportunity to learn different functional areas of the organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
Essential Functions
- Work closely supporting internal Sales Team, outside Sales Representatives and Customers on various tasks and projects.
- Process domestic and international sales orders for Mart Cart and Spray Master Technology.
- Responsible for retrieving orders from email and logging in to customer portals daily to retrieve purchase orders and update tracking status.
- Responsible for sending credit applications to new customers and coordinating with Accounting on setting up new accounts, including terms or credit issues.
- Work with Cross Functional Teams on purchase order details, pricing, or revisions.
- Responsible for verifying account information, Salesperson Information, Commission Distributions, and territory codes.
- Communicate with the Production Scheduler and appropriate Shipping departments to coordinate shipping dates and special instructions.
- Reconcile recordkeeping spreadsheets and update required documentation.
- Request freight quotes when needed for specific customers and credit card accounts.
- No Travel.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is primarily a sedentary role; however, lifting, bending, stooping, and standing are necessary. Mental alertness and long periods of concentration.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

- College Degree required
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
