Major investment bank seeks CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER/PHILANTHROPY ORGANIZER for long term contract role onsite in NYC-MANHATTAN.
ROLE:
Oversee over two hundred volunteer projects in order to ensure the success of the internal stakeholder experience, and the partnership with the community organizations including project planning, application review, acceptance and decline; upload of information onto internal website, main point of contact for nonprofits and internal stakeholders; grants processing; administration and reporting
Represent through delivering related presentations to nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders
Conduct Team Captain Trainings on a bi-weekly basis
Communicate with various internal departments to coordinate ongoing logistical planning including events, marketing campaign, marketing material distribution & t-shirt fulfillment; drafting communications and training materials
Assist with end of season program evaluation with data collection and data analysis
Plan, coordinate and oversee the transportation for several hundred projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis
Bachelor's degree
Salary : $40 - $40
