Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of home health care services, ensuring quality and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans for clients in various settings such as group homes and assisted living facilities.
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain financial oversight of the facility, including budgeting and resource allocation to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to address the holistic needs of clients.
- Ensure staff training and development to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and satisfaction to improve service quality.
- Foster a positive environment for both clients and staff through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing long-term care facilities or similar environments such as retirement homes or assisted living facilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management.
