What Your Day Looks Like
You’ll kick off first shift by reviewing route cards and system prompts, then stage materials so production lines never miss a beat. Throughout the day, you’ll keep inventory records tight, move parts to the right work centers, and respond quickly when a build needs something fast. As a full-time, contract-to-hire teammate, you’ll have steady hours on 1st shift with overtime opportunities when production ramps.
Impact You’ll Make
- Pick, move, stage, and deliver components according to route cards, system directions, and team guidance.
- Count items and enter precise inventory transactions in the system to keep stock levels accurate.
- Receive, put away, pack, and process both inbound and outbound materials.
- Jump on expedited material requests from production to keep schedules on track.
- Create new part and bin locations, including clear labeling for easy retrieval.
- Champion safety protocols and keep your work area clean and orderly.
What You’ll Bring
- Comfort communicating in English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Capability to follow written, verbal, and computer-based work instructions.
- Ease with warehouse systems, RF scanners, barcode readers, and tablets.
- A meticulous approach to data entry and inventory accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work 1st shift with overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
Preferred Extras
- Background in inventory control, material handling, or manufacturing support.
- Experience with a forklift or pallet jack (nice to have, not required).
- Spanish/English bilingual ability.
