Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on in-home care to clients, including help with personal hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
- Build supportive relationships with clients to enhance quality of life.
- Monitor client well-being and promptly report changes to our office.
- Communicate regularly with the office to ensure client needs are fully met.
- Current CNA license or verified HHA certification
- Classroom-based CPR certification
- Completion of Florida’s required trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Meds
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Strong communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to various client needs
- Caring, patient, and empathetic attitude with a dedication to client well-being
- Dependability, integrity, and attention to detail in all tasks
- Comfort working in client homes; pet-friendly encouraged but not required
