What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation Attendant (Part Time, Seasonal) position at Associa?
Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.
Job Duties:
- Meet and greet homeowners, residents, and guests.
- Walk and inspect pool area and Recreation Facility for cleanliness.
- Arrange pool furniture.
- Sets up and tears down tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and activities. Clean up after events as needed.
- Check for water leaks and/or slip hazards – report or correct as appropriate.
- Cut any locks left on the lockers overnight.
- Sweep and hose down sports courts and walkways.
- Check pool water.
- Clean interior and exterior of all accessible glass windows and doors.
- Sweep and mop/ polish non-carpeted floors.
- Spot clean/ vacuum carpet as needed.
- Dust / polish wood furniture.
- Remove any trash/ debris on grounds or in planters.
- Inform residents and guests of Rules & Regulations as needed.
- Requests proof of membership to Club facilities by requesting to see Association issued photo ID cards or a valid guest pass.
- Other duties as requested.
