Role Qualifications
- Several years of experience in business, technology, or product management
- Extensive background working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HR or enterprise management system
- Familiarity with financial systems or enterprise planning tools is beneficial
- Ability to comply with organizational ethical, conduct, and personal accountability standards
- Act as the business liaison and product owner for key integration workstreams involving HR, payroll, and financial systems
- Translate high-level business needs into clear functional requirements that downstream teams can execute
- Clarify desired outcomes within financial structures that may impact HR, payroll, or workforce-related data
- Facilitate cross-team decision-making and ensure alignment on scope, design, testing, and deployment activities
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple internal product groups
- Maintain clear communication channels, documentation, and traceability for all requested business or system changes
- Serve as the single point of accountability for validating, documenting, and prioritizing business-driven requirements
