Associated Administrators is seeking a Pension & Severance Specialist (#725) for the Pension & Severance Department in our Sparks, Maryland office.
This position requires, among other things, strong clerical skills including proficient use of a keyboard number pad, good math skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, good keyboarding skills, the ability to compose good business letters, and the ability to communicate clearly with professionals and colleagues. This person must also have good organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong attention-to-detail skills are required. The Pension & Severance Specialist will calculate pension, annuity, or severance benefits in accordance with Fund rules, communicate pension, annuity, or severance information to participants by letter, phone, and in person, and will perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
The schedule for this position is 40 hours weekly, 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday with flex time available.
