Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills? Join our Service Department as a Dispatcher and play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient equipment repairs for our customers. In this role, you will coordinate service calls, assign technicians, and maintain accurate documentation to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage service work orders in the ERP system.
• Close work orders upon job completion and generate invoices.
• Accurately track and post technician work hours, ensuring a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Collect and verify technician timesheets for payroll processing.
• Work closely with Service Management to maintain Work in Progress (WIP) goals.
• Receive and document customer service requests, gathering key details for dispatch.
• Assign repair and maintenance jobs based on technician availability, expertise, and location.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support service operations.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with customers, technicians, and management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
• Customer service expertise, including the ability to manage and resolve complaints.
• Experience using telephones, two-way radios, and 10-key systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic Windows applications.
• Familiarity with geographic mapping tools for dispatching technicians efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a role with heavy phone interaction.
