Job Title : Gluer Operator
Pay : $19 / hour
Hours : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Usually off by 2 : 00 PM on Fridays)
Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

As a Gluer Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process and plant operations. From overseeing the gluing process to ensuring product quality, your contributions will be vital to the success of operations. What You'll Do :
- Operate and maintain the gluer machine, ensuring smooth startup and continuous operation.
- Check cartons for proper folding, caliper, bond quality and defect-free performance.
- Continuously monitor for defects, including cracking, gluing, printing issues and caliper inconsistencies.
- Troubleshoot and adjust the machine to resolve defects when necessary.
- Train and guide team members, ensuring proper setup, operation and maintenance of machinery.
- Monitor and assign work to operators and feeders / packers providing clear communication about job changes and special instructions.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality protocols while operating equipment and completing necessary paperwork.
