What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Production Specialist position at Association Careers?
About the Role:
You will monitor high-volume, low touch projects to ensure the production of content from concept to delivery. Collaborate with the production management team to ensure oversight of work and resources throughout project development lifecycle. You will report to the Senior Manager - Production Management. This role is remote-friendly.
You Will:
Manage schedules for the production management team
Partner with members of the content team to ensure efficient processes and delivery of content in multiple formats.
Develop, distribute and archive project scope documents, project plans, schedules, project scorecards and other essential project documents.
Identify issues, documenting them and working with the production management team to resolve and action items.
Perform regular database management tasks
Create reports on project status and resource allocation, and revising project schedules.
Provide administrative-level support to the production management team.
You Have:
3 years experience in a planning / project management role
Bachelor's degree
Interest in use and adoption of technological systems and tools.
Experience with project management systems
Experience in planning and scheduling to meet client expectations.

The Salary Range for this role is: $53,000 - $63,000
