We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics in our office in Houston, TX!
Main responsibilities:
- Active work looking for new Customers in the US market majoring in selling Project Logistics services.
- Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers.
- Attraction of new Customers, retention and development of Customers.
- Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives.
- Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
- Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio.
- Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity.
- Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
