We’re launching a brand new Employment Program at All Abilities Learning Center, a division of Assure Healthcare Group—and we’re looking for a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Job Coach to help us build it from the ground up.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Job Coach to join our growing employment team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys one-on-one support, values independence-building, and wants to help individuals succeed in the workplace and beyond. Because this program is brand new, there is room to grow with us—and this position may have the potential to become full-time in the future!
Responsibilities:
- Support clients with job searching, resume writing, interview preparation, and on-the-job training
- Meet with clients either at the center or at their community job/internship sites
- Coach and assist 2 to 3 clients per day based on their individual goals and schedules
- Help individuals identify their strengths, challenges, and career aspirations
- Create and review daily written goals with clients
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement
- Document coaching sessions and outcomes clearly and on time
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and teammates
- Represent the program professionally and build positive relationships with employers, clients, and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a job coach or in a related role
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Article 9 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
