What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Astera Health?
This position is part-time, 64 hours per biweekly pay period. Astera Health offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and retirement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prescribe and implement treatment programs centered around the patient's needs and condition
- Promote improvement in service, department, and hospital systems to benefit patient care
- Seek continual learning opportunity to advance one's own practice
- Provide weekend physical therapy services to inpatient and swing bed patients per established weekend rotation schedule
- Work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team including occupational therapy and speech therapy

- Graduate of Physical Therapy Program with active PT license in the state of MN
