JOB SUMMARY:
The ABA Program Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the BCBA in evaluations and treatment, counseling of parent and family units, and providing supervision to a team of behavior Develop, implement, and supervise individual behavior therapy programs and interventions in a variety of settings, utilizing specific research-based principles of discrete trial training. To be considered for a position, applicants must demonstrate ability to independently apply the following strategies:
- Oversee Behavior Interventionists
- Write Progress Reports
- Have experience with FBA’s and assessments
- Add/update intervention/treatment plans
- Provide Parent Training
- Provide field training to Behavior Interventionists
- Participate in team meetings
- Participate in Quality Assurance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Psychology or in a related field.
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Must speak Spanish
- One year minimum experience in ABA Supervision in home and school setting.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- TB clearance.
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
