Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with senior-level DevOps experience, specifically focused on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), infrastructure reliability, CI/CD, security, and observability for a long-term hybrid opportunity in Frisco, TX.

This role involves managing AEM cloud applications, Kubernetes deployments, production support, and performance monitoring. Candidates must be proactive problem solvers, passionate about automation, and adept in cloud-native environments.

T-Mobile experience is always preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AEM Cloud applications and deployments using GitLab CI/CD.

• Deploy APIs on Kubernetes clusters using HELM charts.

• Troubleshoot API deployments, manage configuration files and secret management.

• Own release processes and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and queries.

• Leverage telemetry tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

• Provide production support, ensure real-time observability and incident response.

• Create and maintain dashboards for system health and performance.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in CI/CD, AEM Cloud, Kubernetes, and Docker.

• Hands-on experience in iOS build and deployment automation.

• Strong in monitoring and telemetry tools (Splunk, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).

• Familiar with secrets/config management in containerized environments.

• Knowledge of AWS, microservices, security tools, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Solid understanding of API standards and full software development lifecycle.

• Experience with container orchestration, GitLab workflows, and AWS services.
